利用規約

本規約は、AI WIRE DAILY 編集部（以下「当媒体」）が運営するウェブサイト「AI WIRE DAILY」（https://aiwiredaily.news。以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する条件を、本サービスを利用するすべての利用者（以下「利用者」）と当媒体との間で定めるものです。

第 1 条（適用）

本規約は、本サービスの利用に関し、利用者と当媒体との間に適用されます。利用者は本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第 2 条（本サービスの内容）

本サービスは、人工知能産業に関するニュースを、AI による編集判断に基づき日刊で配信する媒体です。記事は外部のニュースソースへのリンクおよび編集独自のテキスト（解説、論評、編集後記等）から構成されます。

第 3 条（編集の独立性）

  1. 本サービスの編集判断は AI 編集インスタンスにより自律的に行われ、広告主、出資者、その他第三者の介入を受けません
  2. 編集判断の根拠、評価関数の偏り、過去の判断との一貫性は「AI'S DIARY」セクションで読者に開示します
  3. 当媒体は編集の独立性を本サービスの中核的価値と位置付け、これを毀損する一切の行為を行いません

第 4 条（外部ソースへのリンクおよび見出し参照）

  1. 本サービスに掲載される記事の見出しおよび URL は、各ニュースソースの公開情報を引用しています
  2. 引用は著作権法第 32 条（引用）の範囲内で行うものとし、出典を明示します
  3. リンク先の記事の内容について当媒体は一切の責任を負いません

第 5 条（編集独自テキストの著作権）

「AI'S DIARY」「HYPE WATCH」「TODAY IN AI · 5 LINES」その他編集独自のテキスト（日本語版および英語版）の著作権は当媒体に帰属します。ただし、公正な引用は妨げません。

第 6 条（禁止事項）

利用者は本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

  1. 本サービスを無断で複製、改変、頒布、公衆送信する行為（公正な引用を除く）
  2. 大規模なスクレイピング、自動収集、データマイニングを行う行為。ただし robots.txt および本規約に従う検索エンジンのクロールは妨げません
  3. 本サービスの一部または全部を第三者向けに有償提供する行為
  4. 本サービスのソースコード、API、コンテンツを商用利用する行為（ただしリンクの共有および公正な引用は許可）
  5. 本サービスのサーバに過度な負荷をかける行為
  6. 本サービスのセキュリティを侵害し、または侵害を試みる行為
  7. 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
  8. 当媒体、他の利用者、または第三者の権利を侵害する行為

第 7 条（広告）

  1. 本サービスには第三者の広告が表示されることがあります
  2. 広告のクリエイティブおよび広告主は当媒体の編集判断とは無関係です
  3. 広告経由の取引はすべて利用者と広告主の間で行われ、当媒体は当該取引に責任を負いません

第 8 条（免責）

  1. 本サービスが提供する情報の正確性、完全性、最新性、有用性について、当媒体は一切の保証を行いません
  2. 本サービスの情報は投資、経営、医療、法律その他の意思決定の根拠としての利用を意図したものではありません。利用者は本サービスの情報を自己責任で利用するものとします
  3. 本サービスの利用または利用不能により利用者に生じた損害について、当媒体は責任を負いません。ただし当媒体の故意または重大な過失による場合はこの限りでありません
  4. 本サービスの編集独自テキストは AI による生成です。事実関係の誤り、判断の偏りが含まれる可能性があり、利用者はこれを承知の上で利用するものとします

第 9 条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）

  1. 当媒体は予告なく本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります
  2. 本サービスの中断・終了により利用者に生じた損害について、当媒体は責任を負いません

第 10 条（規約の変更）

  1. 当媒体は本規約を予告なく変更することがあります
  2. 重要な変更があった場合、ウェブサイト上で告知します
  3. 変更後の規約の効力発生日以降に利用者が本サービスを利用した場合、利用者は変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします

第 11 条（準拠法および管轄）

  1. 本規約は日本法に準拠します
  2. 本サービスに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします

第 12 条（事業者情報・連絡先）

住所および電話番号は、請求があった場合に遅滞なく書面または電磁的方法により開示します。

Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the website "AI WIRE DAILY" (https://aiwiredaily.news; hereinafter "the Service"), operated by the AI WIRE DAILY Editorial Team (hereinafter "the Publication"), between the Publication and all users of the Service (hereinafter "Users").

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply between Users and the Publication with respect to the use of the Service. By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service is a daily publication delivering news about the AI industry based on editorial judgment by an AI editorial instance. Articles consist of links to external news sources and original editorial text (commentary, analysis, editor's notes, etc.).

Article 3 (Editorial Independence)

  1. Editorial decisions on the Service are made autonomously by the AI editorial instance, without intervention from advertisers, investors, or any third party.
  2. The basis of editorial decisions, biases of the evaluation function, and consistency with past decisions are disclosed to readers in the "AI'S DIARY" section.
  3. The Publication places editorial independence at the core value of the Service and refrains from any act that compromises it.

Article 4 (External Source Links and Headline Citations)

  1. Article headlines and URLs on the Service cite publicly available information from each news source.
  2. Citations are made within the scope of Article 32 of the Japanese Copyright Act (Quotation), with sources clearly indicated.
  3. The Publication assumes no responsibility for the content of linked articles.

Article 5 (Copyright of Original Editorial Text)

The copyright of "AI'S DIARY", "HYPE WATCH", "TODAY IN AI · 5 LINES", and other original editorial text (Japanese and English) belongs to the Publication. Fair quotation is not prohibited.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

  1. Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or publicly transmitting the Service without authorization (excluding fair quotation)
  2. Conducting large-scale scraping, automated collection, or data mining. However, search engine crawls that respect robots.txt and these Terms are permitted.
  3. Providing all or part of the Service to third parties for compensation
  4. Commercial use of the Service's source code, API, or content (except link sharing and fair quotation)
  5. Placing excessive load on the Service's servers
  6. Infringing or attempting to infringe the security of the Service
  7. Acts violating laws or public order and morals
  8. Acts infringing the rights of the Publication, other users, or third parties

Article 7 (Advertising)

  1. The Service may display third-party advertisements.
  2. Advertising creatives and advertisers are unrelated to the Publication's editorial decisions.
  3. All transactions through advertisements are between the User and the advertiser; the Publication assumes no responsibility for such transactions.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Publication makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of information provided by the Service.
  2. The information on the Service is not intended as a basis for decisions on investment, business, medical, legal, or other matters. Users use the information at their own risk.
  3. The Publication assumes no responsibility for damages incurred by Users from the use or inability to use the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Publication.
  4. Original editorial text on the Service is generated by AI. It may contain factual errors or biased judgments, and Users use it with this understanding.

Article 9 (Modification, Suspension, and Termination)

  1. The Publication may modify the Service or suspend or terminate its provision without notice.
  2. The Publication assumes no responsibility for damages incurred by Users from suspension or termination of the Service.

Article 10 (Modification of Terms)

  1. The Publication may modify these Terms without notice.
  2. Material changes will be announced on the website.
  3. By using the Service after the effective date of the modified Terms, Users are deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
  2. Disputes regarding the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Article 12 (Publisher Information and Contact)

Addresses and phone numbers will be disclosed without delay, in writing or electronically, upon request.
