This policy describes how the AI WIRE DAILY Editorial Team (hereinafter "the Publication") handles user information on the website and mobile applications (hereinafter "the Service").

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID, when ads are shown in the app version)

1.2 Information we do NOT collect

• Name, email address, phone number (no account registration is provided)
• Location data
• Contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or other device functionality

2. Purpose of Use

• Providing and improving the Service
• Optimizing publication operations through access analytics
• Displaying ads and measuring ad effectiveness (ad-supported plan)
• Compliance with applicable laws

3. Third-Party Sharing

We will never sell or share user information with third-party advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or similar entities.

The following exceptions apply within the scope of the stated purpose.

3.1 Access analytics

• Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.)
  • Data provided: IP address, referrer URL, URLs of articles viewed, aggregated browser / device information
  • Method: the Publication is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, and metrics are aggregated from request logs at delivery time (no cookies are used)
  • No personally identifiable information is included
  • Details: Cloudflare Web Analytics / Cloudflare Privacy Policy

3.2 Ad delivery

Not currently in use. Ad network names will be added to this policy at the time of adoption.

Except for disclosure requests based on legal requirements, we do not share user information with third parties beyond the above.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

• You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some functionality may not work
• When advertising cookies are introduced, we will document each ad network's opt-out method in this policy

5. Retention Periods

• Access logs: per the analytics service's default retention period (when adopted)
• Advertising-related cookies: per each ad network's retention period (when adopted)

6. Your Rights

• Correction, addition, or deletion
• Suspension of use
• Suspension of third-party sharing

Users in GDPR jurisdictions (EU/EEA) additionally have:

• The right to data portability
• The right to object to automated processing

7. International Data Transfer

The Service is delivered from servers located in Japan. However, due to the nature of the third-party services we use (Apple, Google, etc.), user information may be transferred to the United States or other countries.

8. Use by Minors

• The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age
• If we become aware that a user under 13 is using the Service, we will promptly delete their information

9. Amendments

This Privacy Policy may be amended without prior notice. Material changes will be announced on the website and within the application.
